Busy week for me - Big Ticket Festival in Gaylord, Michigan happens this week(end) AND my brother, with his two teenagers, are visiting. Put the fact that my husband stepped on a nail last night and now has infection in it, and you have a wonderful (???) combination. Here's a menu plan that I think I can stick with:

Marinated Chicken Breasts on the Grill
Baked Potatoes
Salads
Brownies (previously baked and frozen)
Tuesday
Taco Salads
Wednesday
Oven Baked Chicken
Green Beans
Thursday
Pot Roast with Root Veggies in the slow cooker
Friday
Pizza & Pop
Saturday
Burgers (some veggie if I have the time to mix it up) and Hot Dogs on the Grill
Sunday
Will have to be a surprise
