Our weather has gone from winter to summer overnight. Since the days (and nights) are warmer, my garden is growing. That means that I am able to harvest small amounts of lettuce and other greens for great salads. I think we can all agree that organic is best when it comes to our produce. I love it. Here is the menu plan for the week:
