It is absolutely freezing here. When we woke up this morning, the thermometer registered at -21 degrees F. That's pretty cold! We opted to stay home from church and watch it online (our services are broadcast via the radio and the internet). With the blowing of snow last night, the roads weren't safe for travel - if we got stranded, that would be a fairly cold wait on help. But, spring is on the way and I, for one, cannot wait! Hopefully, our garden will do well this summer and I won't have to put green beans on every single menu plan next winter. For now, however, they are there. Here's the plan:
Monday
Glimmering Glazed Pork Chops
Mashed Potatoes
Corn
Rhubarb Custard Pie (in a gluten-free graham cracker crust)
Tuesday
Sloppy Joe's
Salads
Wednesday
PoPo (tiny meatballs)
Brown & Wild Rice Medley
Green Beans
Thursday
Oven-fried Chicken
Baked Potatoes
Green Beans (again)
Friday
Pizza & Pop
Saturday
Chips & Salsa
Sunday
On Your own

Wowee, that is cold! I am from Australia so had to look up the conversion from F to C. We had 39C yesterday (which is 102F), so just a bit of difference between us! Hope you don't get snowed in; although there's always green beans to eat! Your menu sounds delicious. I have always wanted to try Chimichangas.
Hopping over from MPM. Your menu sounds YUM! I adore rhubarb custard pie - I have to check out that recipe link. Brrr! I'm in Minnesota and we aren't even that cold this year. Stay warm and thanks for the menu inspiration.
