This week's menu is even less creative than last week's. We bought 50 lbs. of local ground beef on Saturday, so we're using some of that. Other than the burger, I did not get much in the way of groceries. This is one of our leanest months of the year and our checkbook shows it. I am thankful for the chicken in the freezer (a whole chicken), so I'll cook that on Wednesday.
For the record, I rarely eat meat myself, am gluten-free by necessity, and avoid sugar like the plague. Because I put lots of veggies in the freezer and the pantry last summer, I'm happy!

I saved that potato recipe for later this winter. Looks easy and tasty! Thanks for sharing.
