Today I am thankful for my church. The word church, translated in the original Greek and as it is used in Scripture literally means assembly of the believers. I honestly don't know how people go from day to day without fellow believers to lift them up in prayer, to fellowship with them, to simply be "like minded" together. The Bible says to not forsake meeting together. There's a reason for that. As the Bible also says, a cord of three strands is not easily broken - meaning that when we get together and bond together, Satan and his followers have a really tough time trying to "break" us.
