This is Christmas week and I'm sure most of you are pretty busy. That's one more reason to plan things ahead - things like your menu for the week. I am really loving how smoothly things go when I have dinners mapped out because I'm not standing in front of the cupboard 1/2 hour before mealtime trying to decide what I can make with what is in that cupboard. That can truly be one of the most frustrating times a wife or mother can have!
Last night we didn't make the originally planned cheesy chicken and rice because we did something we rarely do - bought a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks at Spicy Bob's and brought it home. So, tomorrow night we'll make the cheesy chicken and rice!

My struggle is that I have the whole family all day so I need to plan THREE meals a day and then actually follow through.
My goal for the new year is to have a plan that anyone can do so that if I get busy my husband or children can make the meal for the family.
You have a delicious menu planned!
I'm so glad that my husband isn't working on Christmas Eve and Christmas. He really needs the days off. This is the best family Christmas gift!
Here's wishing you and yours a Merry Christmas!
