Today is Veteran's Day here in the U.S.A.
My dad served in the U.S. Navy. His father served in the Army. Countless members of my family tree on both sides served in the military. Today, I am proud of all who have given their time and, sometimes, their lives for our country. Without them, we would have none of the freedoms we have enjoyed. Every time I get to feeling blue about the path we seem to be taking as a nation, I only have to remember those who have fought so valiantly to keep us safe and FREE.
