Happy Menu Plan Monday. This week we are celebrating Independence Day for the United States of America. In spite of all of the political issues and the dollar sinking lower and lower into oblivion, I still think that this is the best country in the world in which to live.
We will be taking a vacation this weekend, so there is nothing on our menu plan for Saturday and Sunday. Here's what's cooking in our household:
