Book Review - The Naked Foods Cookbook by Margaret Floyd and James Barry

I have been given the privilege to read and review this interesting cookbook through Net Galley.  If you're interested in reading galleys (advanced reader copies, they'll be digital), then visit their website and sign up.

The Naked Foods Cookbook is published by Harbinger Publications and is written by Margaret Floyd and James Barry. It is one of the first cookbooks that I've read most of the "other copy" - meaning I've read more than the recipes themselves. This book is chock-full of interesting tidbits that will help me stay on track with my goal: to eat foods as close to the way God made them. In other words, eat them "naked."

The recipes in the book are healthy and varied. Don't think that because you're eating naked foods you're not eating tasteful foods. Good food is never boring. Ever had seaweed salad? You might be surprised to find yourself liking it.

This cookbook will help anyone who is interested in preparing his/her food for optimum flavor and health achieve the best.
