We're getting closer to Christmas! Beginning today, I am going to post either a link or a recipe for cookies and candy. We plan to make each of them as we count down to Christmas this year. Today's recipe is for gluten-free sugar cookies. I typically substitute corn flour for the amaranth flour. It works well. These cookies are just like the traditional rolled cookies - only they don't have any of the nasty gluten that makes my daughter and me sick. Give them a try. They are SO yummy, you'll never know they're gluten-free!
