What a week! I have canned 7 jars of dill pickles and hope to do many more.
I've lost a total of 13 pounds and I hope to lose a little more before I can say all is well. I can't believe how much better I feel.
Here is our plan for the week:
Monday
BLT's
Baked Potatoes
Tuesday
Beef and Noodles (GF noodles)
Green Beans
Wednesday
Ham & Potato Soup
Salads
Thursday
Friday
Pizza & Pop
Saturday
Marinated Chicken Breasts & veggies grilled in foil packets
Sunday
On Your Own

Congrats! That is awesome. I am supposed to loose at least ten, dr's orders. I am hoping to start that up this week. I think I might try exercising some first. My foot is finally healed and I can wear tennis shoes again!
You might have to see if you can get permission to share your dill pickle recipe- I saw it was a friend's. What kind of cucumbers do you use?
Congrats on the weight loss! I having been doing so poorly. I really have blown it the past week and I can tell you I feel it bad. I struggle everyday because I am just so tired with no energy. I decided I will have to start this diet and soon! I thought maybe I have been run down because it has been so hot but, I really believe it is my diet. They say you are what you eat. I believe it! Please pray for me. I need help! TY!
