I hope you're all having a good week. Detoxing is going well, but there are times when I'm out and about and need to get a bite to eat. That's when it's tough to follow such a diet plan. I will think of you when we are both eating enchiladas. LOL I am making Spanish rice to go with ours.
Sounds good. I'm not sure why you are detoxing but I have just found out that I am gluten intolerant. So, my diet has been changing for the better.
