Organizing Junkie hosts Menu Plan Monday.
I hope everyone has had a good week. We've seen major prayers ANSWERED! God is SO good. One of my personal prayers is that I can better learn how to correlate our family's different diet restrictions with frugality and nutrition. It is always a struggle, but I know that, with the Lord's help, it is manageable.
I have learned much over the last few years and am now gathering that information with the hope of putting it all into a salable manuscript. To that end, if anyone is willing to share inspirational tidbits and testimonies (relating to food and frugality) please let me know. I'm planning to use the testimonies in this project and to "pay" those who submit with a copy once it is published. Bear in mind that I do not believe in self-publishing (I'll share why sometime). Traditional publishing is a much longer process than self-publishing, but, in my opinion, is worth it. You may direct questions and submissions to me anytime. I'll let you know if I plan to use your submission in the book.
