Two of our children are in Florida with our church's youth group this week (spring break - not much of a spring with snow here), so cooking and clean-up is going to be much easier than normal. I've been growing lentil sprouts in my bean sprouter, so I'm hoping to have plenty of sprouts with tomorrow's tossed salad. Sadly, I'm the only one to eat them. Jonathon (a.k.a. Veggie Boy) is in Florida eating lots of peanut butter sandwiches. Here's what we're planning:
