That, my friends, is a real cause for celebration. This week, you won't find any menu plan for Friday or Saturday. We intend to visit our families and celebrate the Lord's birth with them. I always tell everyone to fend for themselves on Sundays, so that's nothing new. Thursday evening we will exchange presents with our kids and have a snacky, fun supper.
We did not make the Stacked Enchiladas last week because my husband and I went on a $5.00 date to Culver's (buy one, get one free coupon.)
Please visit Organizing Junkie and thank her for hosting this meme. I won't see some of you until after Christmas, so let me say now, "Merry Christmas!"

Sounds like a yummy week. We do on your own days also. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
We need your Stacked Enchiladas to go with our Tamales on Christmas Eve. Your recipe looks great. Thank you for sharing and Merry Christmas!
The stacked enchiladas sound real yummy:)
I so agree with you on focusing on the true meaning of Christmas.
It's nice enjoying good food, family and friends.
