Menu Plan Monday - May 17

My stomach issues are still popping up here and there, so making up a menu plan for the week is challenging. I guess the thing that is most difficult is working with everyone's individual health issues - thus diet plans. My hope is that it gets easier with routine. Here's what I have for this week:

Monday

Chicken
Corn on the cob
Mashed potatoes
French bread and butter/jam

Tuesday

Vegetable soup
Seven layer salad
One crust apple pie (top crust only)
Gluten-free blackberry crisp

Wednesday

Creamy potatoes and beans
Baked potatoes
Applesauce

Thursday

Tacos
Chips & salsa

Friday

Pizza & pop

Saturday

Peas

Sunday

Wow - that cabbage recipe looks so easy and healthy. I would have never thought about preparing it that way. Thanks for sharing!
