Did anyone else get snow last night and today? We got several inches of heavy, wet snow. What a thing to wake up with, especially since it is May and supposed to be warming up! I was a bit depressed about it, I have to admit.
When things seem gloomy, to where (or better yet, whom) do you turn for a bit of sunshine? I love the last line in The Last Sin Eater (Francine Rivers, 1998) when grown-up Cadi says that she no longer needed Lilibet because she now had the Lord. If you haven't seen the movie or read the book, you should know that Lilibet was an angel.
Jesus said that He is the Light of the world (John 9:5). When things get gloomy, go for the Light.
