For our menu this week, I am making two large batches of chili. Evan is leaving for Florida with the church youth group on Friday and I am in charge of providing chili - frozen and flattened in gallon bags - for 10 people. I decided it's easiest to make another batch for us at the same time. I also have to make two dozen sugar cookies for the trip, so that's why we're having them for dessert on Tuesday.
