Here we are at Labor Day 2009. I don't remember having a summer here in Michigan. Did you have one where you are? Today we are starting another homeschool year. Since my husband works every Labor Day, it seems silly to take it off simply because the public schools do. Because of the school schedule, I decided to make the menu fairly simple. I'm just not ready for school, canning & freezing whatever tomatoes I can get from the garden (which just plain stinks this year), and housework.Monday

Great menu! What do you stuff into your manicotti for the Enchilada Manicotti? It sounds yummy!
We didn't have much of a summer here in PA, either. The weather was nice last week and it was the first week of school.
Have a blessed week!

Yummy menu. The salsbury steak and manicotti sounds really good!
I'm looking forward to you joining me at diningwithdebbie.blogspot.com for Crock Pot Wednesday this week. It's easy, fun and economical...can't beat that. Mister Linky is already up and waiting for you.
