Did you know that Organizing Junkie has several different Menu Plan Monday banners you can use with your weekly posts? I thought the above one would be nice because this week I've been scouring different recipe books I got from the library. One of them is all about vegetables.
Friday is Jeff's surgery date. With that and homeschool the other days, we're going to be busy. I tried to pick meals that would be fairly easy to prepare without relying on quick fixes from the store or restaurants because I want my family to eat quality food at the best price possible. That equals homemade in my eyes.
