Well, after cooking brownies for 2 hours in my oven and just about losing my "cool", I'm not sure if this menu will work out the best. I think I can do all but the pizzas pretty well in the microwave if I have to. I know, I know. I keep saying we'll get the oven fixed but we don't. I'm not frugal - I'm ultra-frugal and I don't like to spend money unless I absolutely must. Anyway, here's what I've come up with for the week. A note about Sundays: We always have spaghetti and garlic bread for lunch. For suppers, it's an on your own type of thing because it's a day of rest. Why should Mom have to work all of the time with no day off? You get the picture.

Everything looks yum! I am trying to learn to be ultra frugal! This week I only spent $100 on my week groceries and I was very proud of myself!
Sunday's dinner sounds very good. I like Saturday's too, but Thursday would be more like something we would have.
Hmmmmm fried polenta!
