I have a stocked pantry and cupboard this week, but still relatively little meat in the freezer. So...I had a bit of trouble deciding what to make this week. My dilemma is my husband is supposed to go low cholesterol, one son is to cut sugar, another son is to lower salt intake (plus, he's vegetarian), and my daughter only wants to eat meat. How do you plan a menu with that? Ugh!
I don't normally use box dinners, but Friday the kids will need to make their own since Jeff and I will be going to the church to see Fireproof and then have dinner out. A DATE! Without further ado, here's my menu:

Savory Green Beans
Fruit
Tuesday
French Fries
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches
Mixed Veggies
Wednesday

Meatball Soup
Bread & Butter
Thursday

I like Sunday - own your own.
Your menu looks yummy. Thanks for the credits. That was a nice surprise during a rough week.
My wife and I want to go see that movie!
I'm with Mae. When everyone has such a picky diet, "own your own" sounds like a great idea.
