My new mixer has arrived! It's black so it's a little difficult to see it in this picture; our house is sort of dark today. Amanda is modeling...isn't she lovely? HA! It's the Kitchen Aid Artisan, 325 watt motor. The bowl has a handle and the splash guard, which is what I've wanted for so long.
This is my old mixer. It is about 10 years old but works like a charm. I'm gifting it to my brother and his family. Make lots of goodies, Christy! Now you guys will have to come for a visit in order to pick it up, because it's too heavy for me to mail...postage costs are so high these days.
Evan received his rhythm sound bag (has a speaker in it for mp3 players and Microsoft Zune.) We're so excited. Are we greedy? I hope not.If you guys want to earn your own mixer, go to Live Search Club and join! This almost makes up for the disappointments with all of the lying and cheating going on around me. Thanks Rita! That will sure come in handy fixing all of Little Buddy's gluten free food. I am hoping to be able to get up there before Christmas.
