Mmmmmmm. My mouth watered as I read your recipe. I've been cutting out carbs lately, and that sure makes this sound good!!!
Thanks for sharing it. I think I'm going to share your "Rita’s Sicilian Supper" recipe at a wedding recipe shower this weekend.
Thanks.....

I've had more requests for the Sicilian Supper recipe than any other. I've never heard of a recipe shower and that sounds like a really good idea for someone to have.

Yes, this is a really different kind of a wedding shower. This family we've been close to since...well, Bob and Van were roommates and their daughter and Christine have been best friends and we've homeschooled together since the beginning.....
Their son is choosing to get married in the MSU chapel. Read: TINY. "Mom" was just dying, as their guest list is always huge for the many events they've always had. So, she said you can't really invite people to a shower if they're not invited to the wedding....so: "everybody" come on Sunday to their house and bring a recipe to share with the young couple, and remembrances, etc. No gifts. She's just got to have their huge party for everyone they know to celebrate their son's upcoming wedding. This will be fun.
I'm not surprised at how many have asked for that recipe....it's wonderful. I'm sure they'll enjoy it. Should I include your last name on it, too?
Thanks again,
bethanyrae
