Tonight, I am thankful for books. I love to read and, when times are difficult, I snuggle up with one and let my mind wander to a another time and place. My staple is the Bible, which I have been reading in a year for the past 10 years. I can't stress how wonderful it is to need a reassurance from the Scriptures and suddenly remember one.
Just think of what the world would be like without books - scary isn't it?
