I certainly hope that none of my readers should need to file bankruptcy, but these days, it might be the only choice left.
Sacramento bankruptcy attorney, Gerald B. Glazer, says that the probable number one myth of bankruptcy is that you have to be completely broke before you can file. Glazer goes on to state that you should not wait until creditors are banging on your door before you seek help. If you think that you might need to file for bankruptcy, you should do your research early and then plan accordingly. Being prepared is key.
