This week is Big Ticket Festival. I have volunteered to help out on Saturday. It is a first for me. I've always wanted to attend the festival but could never come up with the ticket cost. I have always wanted to volunteer my services at the Big Ticket as well - but never had a babysitter. This year is different. My husband will be home on Saturday and he has graciously encouraged me to go ahead and spend the day there.
So I plan to arrive early with my son, Evan, who is working all three days. I will enjoy the early part of the day listening to great speakers and musicians. I might even watch Bible Man. Then I will put in five hours in the parking area. After that - I get to watch Casting Crowns!
Praise God for people who use their talents for Jesus.
Please be in prayer for this year's festival. Pray that lives will be changed for Christ.
