Book Review - Samantha Sanderson at the Movies by Robin Caroll

Samantha Sanderson at the Movies is written by Robin Caroll and is published by Zondervan.

I have been on the look-out for decent book for my junior high daughter to read. I have had an awful time trying to sort out all of the godless paranormal stuff from that which is wholesome or at least written by a Christian. I was happy to see this new series by Robin Caroll. Samantha Sanderson at the Movies is a fun story about a girl who someday wants to be an investigative journalist. Samantha learns that a local movie theater is under attack by an outspoken atheist. This person is angry because the theater shows some Christian films. When an explosive is found at the theater, Samantha is there to investigate and get the top story. Did the atheist do it? Hmmmm.

Samantha Sanderson at the Movies is the first of a series of books for girls in that middle school genre. Amanda is now reading this and she is enjoying it. It's written well and keeps her attention. We will have to keep our eyes open for more in the series.

*I received a copy of Samantha Sanderson at the Movies in exchange for my honest opinion.*
