Book Review - Let There Be Light by Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Let There Be Light is written by Archbishop Desmond Tutu, is illustrated by Nancy Tillman, and is published by Zonderkidz.

I love beautiful picture books that teach the youngest generation about the love of God straight from the truths in the Bible. This is one that does not disappoint. Archbishop Desmond Tutu is a Nobel Peace Prize winner from 1984 for his work in his native country, South Africa. Let There Be Light retells the creation story in a vivid manner that will delight little children. The pictures are absolutely gorgeous, as are all Nancy Tillman's works (The Crown on Your Head; The Spirit of Christmas; etc.). No matter your age, you will enjoy this book, as I do.
