We were blessed this week with food we were not expecting. We were given quite a bit of meat and other items. I'm here to say that it was much needed and appreciated. I actually had fun making out this menu plan for the week.

Love your taco salad idea. I need to put that on our upcoming menu! :) Erin
The Cheesy Chicken and Noodle Casserole looks good. I like the recipes from Taste of Home, don't you. They're always simple.
