I'm having trouble typing this and saving on Blogger, so I'll get straight to the menu for the week.. I am trying to incorporate more gluten-free and vegan choices - a hard thing to do with this family, as they are bread and meat lovers.
Gluten-free items are marked with an * As you can see, eating gluten-free certainly doesn't mean you have to starve.

*Bean Burgers with Salsa

*Omelet and Smoked Sausage Casserole
*Home Fries
*Oat Waffles (make vegan by subbing flax egg for the real egg and using rice milk)

*Baked Potatoes
*Baked Acorn Squash
*Garden Salads

Pizza & Pop

*Burgers (gluten-free if using g.f. buns or no bun)
