Natural Personal Care - An Important Part of a Healthy Lifestyle

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Tom's of Maine. All opinions are 100% mine.

These days, I worry as much about the products that I use on my skin and my teeth as much as those that I eat. The reason is that, when I study product labels, I can't pronounce most of the ingredients, let alone understand why they are used.

I have problems, such as psoriasis and gluten insensitivity, that complicate things for me. I can't use most purchased laundry detergents or even some toothpastes. Harsh chemicals and gluten have no place in my personal care routine. I make the majority of my own soap, but toothpaste - that's a totally different matter. I can't seem to find a good recipe for that.

Tom's Of Maine has solved that dilemma for me. Their products are natural, yet effective. They have no artificial flavors, colors, or fragrances. The toothpaste has no gluten in it.

Wicked Fresh is the name of their newest line. My son received a sample of the toothpaste a week ago. We've tried it and have to agree. It really is fresh tasting, perhaps enough to be wicked - in a good way of course!
