We made homemade burritos tonight and we have a winner! I have tried every recipe I could possibly find for homemade flour tortillas and hated them all until I tried this recipe. Amanda rolled the dough into disks and I cooked them. They tasted better than the store tortillas and they were a lot cheaper to make. This is a keeper.
I used an iron skillet to fry the tortillas - NO greasing the pan allowed. Also, if you keep them in the pan too long they will get crispy like a cracker. Only cook for about a minute per side.
