Corn Casserole

Here's an easy recipe for a really good corn bread casserole.

Cornbread Casserole

3/4 cup cornmeal
1 cup flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
1 can (10.5 oz.) creamed corn

Mix all ingredients together without beating--just until all ingredients are moistened. Spread in a greased casserole dish and bake at 425 F about 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
