Menu Plan Monday - March 26



I think the temperature actually reached 50 degrees Fahrenheit today! Perhaps spring has actually come to northern Michigan this year? We can only hope.

With spring comes thoughts of fun, spring foods. In the menu plan below, I have combined vegan foods with my family's usual meaty fare. I am trying to sneak the vegan stuff into my loved ones' lives.
