HAPPY THANKSGIVING! We had snow here in the north this weekend, not a happy sight for me as it made the roads slick - and people don't know how to drive in the winter yet. Today it is a balmy 24 degrees Fahrenheit but with sun. There is hope. Here is what I have planned for the week's menu:
