Book Review - Believe, Student Edition

Believe: Living the Story of the Bible to Become Like Jesus, Student Edition, is published by Zondervan and has a general editor in Randy Frazee.

I wanted to get this book for my teenagers. We do family devotions in the evening as part of our homeschool. This book is broken down into sections that will make for wonderful devotion/teaching time for those evenings. It is written in a manner that is easy for our teens to digest and really understand. I like that there are questions posed in each chapter that challenge the kids to think and develop their own worldviews. In today's world that is seemingly pulling kids further and further toward anything that opposes the God of the Bible, young people need to be fully grounded in faith. Any tool that can help them get to that place is worth getting.

Believe takes passages of Scripture (NIV), and builds around them. The Bible is front and center. As a believer in the Bible as the inspired Word of God, I love that. I look forward to using this book along with my kids. I think it can help all of us gain a deeper understanding of Scripture and how to put it in the proper place in our lives.

*I received this product in exchange for my honest review.*
