I hope you're all having a wonderful week thus far. We are still using some of that meat we were so abundantly given. All praises to the God who knew we needed it (for my husband and children love meat). I have a few vegan/gluten-free options listed in my menu plan for the week, as I typically avoid meat and stay as far away from gluten as I possibly can. Those items are noted with an *.
