Premama Prenatal Vitamin Review and Giveaway

**This contest has ended.**

To begin with, I want to make it clear that I am NOT pregnant! Whew. With that disclaimer out of the way, let me tell you about a wonderful prenatal vitamin that I think most of you expecting (or hopefully soon to be expecting) mamas.

I received a box of Premama Prenatal Vitamin (a month's supply) in exchange for my honest review. The first thing that I noticed about this particular vitamin is that it is a powder that you pour into a glass (at least 12 oz.) of any drink - juice is suggested.

Since I wanted to taste the product before I recommended it to anyone, I improvised. I poured the powdered vitamin into a glass of lemonade and gave it a hearty stir. I tasted the lemonade but I really didn't detect any of the vitamin. What I DID notice, however, is that I didn't drink it right down and thus the powder began to settle at the bottom and a little at the top. I read the directions again and, voila! You are supposed to drink it right down.

This is a very good prenatal vitamin that can be taken twice daily. I, for one, think it is tons better than the horse pills I took when expecting my own children. I would rather guzzle down my favorite beverage anytime (which is a vegan smoothie).

Premama contains all of the essential vitamins that an expecting mother needs to stay healthy. Those who are not pregnant but hope to be in the near future should also take prenatal vitamins. Premama contains key nutrients such as DHA, Folic Acid, the essential B vitamins, calcium and more. Ginger root helps to reduce nausea.

I think this is a great product.  If you would like to try a box of Premama Prenatal Vitamin yourself, you're in luck. Leave a comment below - any comment will suffice. Just make sure that you leave me an e-mail address so that I can get hold of you should you be deemed the winner by Random.org.

Contest ends on December 13, 2012.

I would like to try this. I dislike taking medicine in a pill form.
