Thirty Days of Thankfulness - Day 28

Last night, Amanda and I made the first batch of Christmas cookies of the year: peanut butter. After half were baked, we put chopped dark chocolate into the remaining batter. The consensus is that the chocolate makes a delicious difference.

I am SO thankful that I have a daughter with whom I can do some fun, girly stuff. The boys are great (and I have four wonderful sons), but a daughter is a terrific blessing.

Doesn't chocolate always make everything taste better? :) I love freshly-baked cookies. I'm craving some chocolate ones right now.
