Some days it's just plain hard to plan the menu. This is one of those days. Here's what I came up with:

Rhubarb Oatmeal Crunch (recipe below)
Thursday

Potato Chips
Salads
Applesauce
Friday
Pizza & Pop
Saturday
Dinner out

*Rhubarb Oatmeal Crunch*
1 c. rolled oats
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c. butter
3 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. water
Mix together oats, flour, and brown sugar. Blend in butter until crumbly. Put 1/2 of mixture in 8x8 inch greased pan. Cover with rhubarb mixed with remaining ingredients. Top with rest of oatmeal. Bake 45 minutes, 350 degrees F. Serve warm.
