Menu Plan Monday - June 13

I hope you're all having a good week. Detoxing is going well, but there are times when I'm out and about and need to get a bite to eat. That's when it's tough to follow such a diet plan. Throw in gluten intolerance and it's harder. I'm getting by, though. For more menu plans, visit Organizing Junkie.

Monday

Pork Chops
Sauteed Broccoli Florets
Mashed Potatoes (not for detox)
Fresh Garden Salads - from garden!
New York Style Cheesecake (without crust)

Tuesday

Enchiladas
Chips & Salsa
(I'll have to find other fare)
Wednesday

Asparagus w/cheese sauce
Salads

Thursday

Sauteed Cabbage
Strawberry Smoothies

Friday

Pizza & Pop 
(I'm fixing something else for me, like salad)

Saturday

Crockpot Macaroni & Cheese (not for detox)
Hot Dogs
Fruit

Sunday

On Your Own

I will think of you when we are both eating enchiladas. LOL I am making Spanish rice to go with ours.

Sounds good. I'm not sure why you are detoxing but I have just found out that I am gluten intolerant. So, my diet has been changing for the better.
