Menu Plan Monday - March 21

It's sleeting here while lightning flashes and thunder rolls. Makes me think of staying inside and baking some warm loaves of bread. The breads I'm making this week will be made in pairs - one loaf of gluten-free and one loaf of regular, gut wrenching gluten filled stuff. It'll warm up my house considerably! I got the GF bread recipes from the Gluten-free Food for Kids cookbook (by Sheri L. Sanderson). I'm going to have to hurry and copy some of the better recipes (most of them are fantastic) and get the book back to the library.

Speaking of the library, it is a cook's great friend. They have a lot of different cookbooks, from diabetic cooking to gluten-free cooking to everything in-between. Check out your local library.
