Win a Month's Supply of Fruit2O

**This contest is now closed**

I have become more health conscious over the last couple of years, and I'm not one bit sorry for it. More than a year ago, I took the step to give up an almost life-long habit - diet sodas. I was addicted to them - especially colas. Once the caffiene (lack of) headaches wore off, I was able to say goodbye to them forever. Since I have never cared for ultra sweet stuff, it was not hard at all to keep away from all soda pop altogether after that.

This year my goal is to take off 20 pounds and to do it NATURALLY - meaning by eating correctly and exercising smartly.

I just read that you should exercise at least 20 minutes (all in a row) per day - work up a sweat. In order to keep healthy, you need to replace the moisture lost in the sweat with healthy hydration. I choose water - sometimes flavored water. I NEVER drink soda pop after exercising. It only makes one more thirsty, rather than hydrated.

The people at Sunny Delight have a flavored water on the market called Fruit2O Essentials. This water contains ZERO sugar and ZERO calories. What it does contain are nutrients like Manganese, Vitamin E, Phosphorus and some B vitamins. Each bottle contains nutrients equivelant to two servings of fruit.

Last week, Fruit2O gave me the chance to taste-test the six flavors: Cranberry Raspberry, Strawberry Kiwi, Peach Mango, Citrus, Blueberry Pomegranate, and Cherry Acai. I felt that they were a bit sweet, but my children LOVED them. I had to look again to be certain there is no sugar in them. There isn't. They jsut taste like fruit.

Fruit2O Essentials is available in many United States markets and the single bottles retail for about a dollar. If you would like to win some, however, this is your chance!

One of my readers will win a MONTH'S SUPPLY of Fruit2O Essentials. Here's how to win:

Just leave me a comment telling me what healthy changes, even the smallest changes, you have made or plan to make in your life. Be sure that I can find your e-mail address easily in order to contact you should you be chosen the winner.

The contest will run until April 20. The winner will be randomly chosen by Random.org.

I've been parking farther away at stores to make myself walk a longer way!

I have been watching more of what I eat by not only eating more veggies and healthier food but preparing the food healthier and not eating sweets.

I have been walking daily...every day except Sunday, that is...1 to 1.5 miles per day, but am working my way up to three.
