With this being Christmas week, I'm not planning a lot of new and complicated dishes. Our grocery budget was $40 this week to feed a family of seven, so I don't have a lot to work with. We still have a few packages of roast beef that another family gifted us with some time ago and we'll have to use another one. My daughter is a big meat fan (I am not) so she'll be happy anyway.
Our normal night for pizza and pop (with a movie) is Thursday but we won't do that on Christmas day. This time we'll have it on Wednesday, Christmas Eve.
