EASY Peanut Butter Fudge

I'm so excited! I just found a super easy way to make peanut butter fudge! This recipe is for a chocolate version, so if you don't like chocolate it won't work for you. Here's what I did:

Place 1/2 cup margarine (or butter) in a saucepan. Melt the margarine over low heat. Stir in 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Don't take the pan off the heat. Add 1 cup cocoa and stir. Add 1 cup creamy peanut butter (not the all-natural kind) and 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring. Pour in just enough milk to make the mixture moist enough to stir well and enable the fudge to "hold together." Combine well and take off heat. Spread mixture into a buttered dish and refrigerate until firm.

That's all there is to it!

Looks SO good! Chocolate and peanut butter are divine. You should have seen the first batch of fudge my Mom tried to make about a week ago... Our candy thermometer was broken and the candy ended up getting way to heated and it turned hard as a rock. My Dad saved it and is varnishing it. He wants to use it as a stepping stone in the garden next spring. haha.
